At Poppy Lane & Co, most of our products are handmade or made to order. Because of the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

By placing an order with Poppy Lane & Co, you acknowledge and agree to our no-return and no-refund policy.

Please review your order carefully before placing it.


No Returns or Exchanges

All sales are final.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

  • change of mind
  • incorrect size selection
  • personal preference
  • accidental purchases
  • items purchased as gifts

Handmade Variations

Many of our products are handmade. Small variations in stitching, sizing, fabric placement, or finishing are part of the handmade process and make each piece unique.

For items made with patterned fabrics, fabric placement may vary from piece to piece. The exact pattern placement may differ slightly from product photos.

These variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.


Custom and Made-to-Order Items

Custom, personalised, and made-to-order items are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • your order number
  • clear photos of the item and packaging
  • a short description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or an appropriate resolution where necessary.


Shipping Issues

Once your order has been shipped and handed over to the courier, delivery is managed by the courier service.

If a parcel is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers should contact the courier directly to initiate an investigation. We will assist where possible.
