Singapore Orders
We offer free local tracked delivery for orders S$80 and above.
All local parcels are sent via tracked letterbox delivery. Once your order has been shipped, delivery usually takes 3–5 working days. Please note that this does not include production time, as some of our items are handmade or made to order.
Kindly double check that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Our parcels do not include a return address. If a parcel is lost due to an incorrect address or needs to be recovered and redelivered, a recovery and redelivery fee of around S$25–S$30 may apply.
We always try to send orders out as quickly as we can, but small delays may happen during busy or peak periods. Thanks for your patience while we get your order safely on its way.
International Orders
We’re happy to now ship internationally.
Shipping rates vary depending on the weight of your order, parcel size, courier service, and destination country. Occasionally, global or political factors may also affect shipping costs due to fuel surcharges or courier adjustments.
We ship worldwide using a range of trusted courier partners and will always select the most affordable and reliable option available for your order.
While we aim to keep our shipping rates as accurate as possible, courier fees do change from time to time. We reserve the right to update our delivery rates to reflect the latest courier charges.
At the moment, customers from the following countries can checkout directly on our website:

- United Kingdom
If your country doesn’t appear at checkout, don’t worry. We can still help arrange shipping.
Simply email us or drop us a DM on Instagram with a screenshot of your order and your full delivery address, and we’ll check the shipping cost for you.
